PRODUCT WARRANTY

RodeoWest warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one [1] year from the date of purchase when properly used for their ordinary and intended purposes. Any defective part or component must be returned to the factory at the purchaser’s expense for inspection by RodeoWest. The obligation of RodeoWest is limited to repairing or replacing at its factory any part or component determined to its satisfaction to be defective. RodeoWest shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. RodeoWest disclaims any warranties, express or implied for defect resulting from misuse, negligence, alteration, accidents, or act of god, failure to reasonably care for, or lack of performance of required maintenance, loss of time in conveyance, loss of use of product or any or all consequential damages. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, that is solely at the discretion of the customer. Thank you.......
